Tax Deductible Donations
Parents with limited resources may receive tutoring sessions for their children for a subsidized price. Donations will cover the portion of the session the parents can not afford. Students will receive access to educators virtually, if in person tutoring isn't available. (Zelle donations can be submitted with the email address donations@newhorizonexpectations.com)

Dr. Jocylinn Roberts, California
Dr. Jocylinn Roberts is a lifelong learner that is dedicated to the educational progress of students and adults of all ages with diverse needs and goals. She has a doctorate degree in Special Education and Masters in Educational Leadership. Dr. Roberts’ roles in the education field have included being a teacher, coach, and district administrator. Dr. Roberts is honored to be the current president of NHE, and is excited to see how many lives will be changed by the charitable tutoring services that will be provided to many in through NHE.

Our Founder, Pastor Constance Andrews, has a legacy of ministry through music and leadership with youth, young adults, and adults for more than 30 years. She is currently the Co-Pastor of Power of God Reigns Ministry. While she has served our country in the armed forces and as a civilian, she has worked in music ministires with several churches and organizations. She has connected her passion for leadership from her careers and ministry to successfully lead church and community choirs in growing, developing, and perfecting their skills as they share the word of God.

Mrs. Cindy Andrews Bess has always had a love for children and she loves working behind the scenes on programs, planning and organizing through her church and/or working with community events. Mrs. Bess also has a true love for people and expresses that love with reaching out and helping others whenever an opportunity presents itself. Mrs. Bess has impacted the community by taking on many roles. One example is as an Office Manager for a newly opened Charter school. This required her to work closely with staff, vendors, students, parents, and school district employees. Mrs. Bess’ has a wealth of experience from her roles in educational organizations and churches that includes distributing parent information, flyers, and organizing several programs (i.e. graduations, poetry nights, field trips, etc…) over the course of 14 plus years. Mrs. Bess recently return to school to finish my Theology Degree. My original degree was going to be in Business but my desire for understanding the bible more has led me in this direction.
